YVF series three-phase asynchronous motor for variable frequency speed regulation

This series of motor is a special three-phase asynchronous motor for frequency modulation and speed regulation combined with electronic frequency converter, which can realize stepless speed regulation in the range of 150~2750rpm, and is the ideal power for mechanical equipment with a wide range of stepless speed regulation requirements. Its electrical performance and installation size are manufactured according to the national standard JB/T7118, and are in line with international IEC standards. It is widely used in transportation, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, mining, fan, water pump and other industries.

This series of motors is one of the new products developed by our company. Its product structure is a combination of YEJ series and YVF series, that is, the shaft is extended from the non-shaft extension end of YVF series motors to be equipped with electromagnetic brakes: its performance meets the YVE series motor standard. If the product is used in combination with electronic frequency converter, stepless speed regulation can be realized within the range of 150 ~ 2750r/min and electromagnetic braking, at any speed of the motor, when the electromagnetic braking power supply loses power, the motor stops in a short time, and the no-load braking time is random from small to large, about 0.5 to 0.45 seconds. The power supply of the brake must be synchronized with the main power supply of the YVF motor, but the power supply of the YVF motor cannot be used. This series of motors are widely used in all kinds of stepless speed regulation and braking machinery and equipment, transportation, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, miners, construction and other industries as the driving force.
