Vibration motor maintenance and maintenance


The bearings of the vibration motor should be replenished with grease regularly, usually once every 2-3 months. Use a grease gun to fill the grease nipple at the vibrating motor or remove and fill the grease. The amount of oil injection is 1/3 to 1 of the volume of the bearing chamber.

Vibration motor general operation 4-6 months minor repair once, a year overhaul. During minor repairs, remove the accumulated dust of the body, check the insulation resistance of the coil and whether the wiring is firm, and remove hidden dangers in time. During overhaul, the motor shall be turned on to remove the dust inside and outside the machine body, check the wear of the bearing, check whether the joint, grounding and fastening bolts are loose and tighten them in time, and replace with new grease.

If abnormal noise is found during the operation of the vibration motor, it should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the fault before starting again.

The vibration motor allows an appropriate amount of axial play.

The shaft and bearing are in dynamic fit.

Using single row tapered roller bearings, the axial clearance must be controlled between 0.30-0.35mm, and the clearance should be adjusted in time if it is too large,

This will cause the motor to burn out very easily.

When the vibration motor is not in use, it must be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. No corrosive gas is used in the warehouse. The newly stored vibration motor should be inspected regularly.

Maintenance:

The connection plane roughness of vibration motor and vibration machine shall be 3.2 or higher.

⑴, the insulation of the winding, such as damp should be treated with the corresponding method 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the winding, close to the working temperature (70 ℃), should not be less than 0.38 megohms, otherwise should be dried.

(2) Whether the cable is in good condition, and if it is broken, it should be replaced in time.

When the vibration motor is installed on the vibration machine, the anchor bolts of the vibration motor must be tightened, and an elastic washer must be added under each nut.

At the beginning of the operation of the vibration motor, due to the running-in between the bolts, nuts and the base plane, the tightening force will be reduced and small looseness will occur. Therefore, the anchor bolts of the motor should be tightened several times at the beginning, and tightened once a day at the beginning. Check and tighten once a week after two weeks.

After being installed in place, the machine body and the foundation shall be provided with a cable compression device. The cable between the two is naturally suspended, and the total length is preferably 300-500mm. When the bending radius of the natural suspension part refers to the two vibration motors of the linear vibration equipment working at the same time, check whether the steering directions of the two vibration motors are opposite. Otherwise, the power phase sequence of one motor should be changed to make the steering of the two vibration motors opposite to ensure the uniform direction of the material.
