1. The accessories installed on the output shaft of the gear reducer shall not be knocked down hard to avoid excessive up and down movement. When installing the circular gear box, control the length of the mounting screw. If the screw is too long, it will kill the internal structure of the box;

2. Do not screw the reducer directly at the output end, which may cause damage to the internal gear;

3. Before installing the machine, power on and try to check whether the performance meets the requirements before installation. Do not disassemble the reducer by yourself, so as not to affect the noise and quality;

4. The lead wire is not enough to pull hard, and the terminal should not be impacted and bent, otherwise it will cause poor internal conductivity;

5. The welding wire end of the motor should be completed before the machine is put on. The welding wire should use suitable electric soldering iron and soldering tin. The operation should be skilled, fast and accurate. Generally, 40W soldering iron is recommended. The temperature of the soldering iron tip is about 320±20 degrees and the welding time is 2-3 seconds. Welding time is too long will cause the motor internal desoldering, resulting in poor power.
